Ruhee Singh focuses her practice on assisting organizations and individuals to navigate healthcare regulatory and compliance matters. Due to her experience in private practice and in-house for a university healthcare system, Ruhee has developed a keen understanding of the unique legal challenges faced by healthcare systems, hospitals, physicians, substance abuse treatment facilities, clinical laboratories, billing companies, and DME suppliers.
Ruhee has a depth of experience in a variety of matters, including FDA compliance, controlled substances, fertility practices, including sperm and egg donor agencies and tissue banking, PC-MSO structures, and skilled nursing facility regulatory compliance.
Ruhee works with clients to manage claims and develop a legal strategy that minimizes risk and guides them through a variety of regulatory and compliance issues, as well as complex litigation disputes, arbitrations, and trials. She has briefed and successfully argued motions for summary judgement, argued substantive law and filed appropriate motions, and has managed all aspects of trial preparation.
