Ryan Garfat is the CEO of Pangea Entertainment Productions, bringing over 20 years of experience in media, journalism, and entertainment content creation. He also serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Pangea Cup, building on a career that includes senior leadership roles at ESPN—where he built the network’s first gaming-centric studio and led global esports coverage—and Kroenke Esports, where he oversaw business operations for the L.A. Gladiators and L.A. Guerrillas. A Miami University journalism graduate, Ryan has earned multiple industry awards for his esports coverage and storytelling, and continues to shape the intersection of media, sports, and gaming.
