Sanaz Sarah Bereliani is a graduate of USC (Fight On!) where she attended the Marshall School of Business and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on real estate law and finance. Sanaz went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law and is a certified legal specialist in bankruptcy law and is admitted to practice law before all Superior and Federal Courts in California.
Sanaz is dedicated to providing personal attention to her cases and clients as this is not a typical legal case but one that is driven by emotions and stress. For Sanaz, the best part of her practice is seeing her clients thrive through the positive impact of discharging debts and starting their next chapter without the stress and angst they were under before.
In addition to assisting Debtors, Sanaz also represents creditors and trustees. Sanaz has assisted many creditors receive judgments for non-dischargeability of debt, relief from stay (permission to proceed in state court), and settlements between the Debtors and Creditors as much as possible.
In addition to being a member of the BHBA, Sanaz is on the Board of the James T. King Inn of Court and the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Association.
