Prior to coaching, Sarah-Nell was a litigation partner at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she was
recognized as Mentor of the Year in 2016. In addition to numerous industry awards, she has
been recognized as a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers and named among the Legal
Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine. Sarah-Nell graduated from the University of Virginia and
received her Juris Doctorate from the College of William & Mary. A lifelong learner, Sarah-
Nell is certified by Hudson Institute, the International Coaching Federation, and Integrative
Enneagram. She is a proud mother to an fifteen-year-old boy, an eleven-year-old girl, and a
naughty Redbone Coonhound.
