Stewart Forbes is Counsel in Hogan Lovells’ energy regulatory practice group, where he draws on his experience as a Senior Attorney at the U.S. Department of Energy to help developers and businesses navigate complex legal, regulatory, and policy challenges across the energy and advanced technology sectors. His clients include advanced nuclear reactor developers, major U.S. manufacturers, and appliance manufacturers subject to DOE efficiency regulations, and he is a frequent speaker on topics ranging from DOE authorities and nuclear development to AI-driven energy infrastructure and the siting of private sector assets on federal land.
