Tatev Hovhannisyan is an associate in the Entertainment, Technology and Advertising Practice Group in Sheppard’s Century City office. She represents clients across the entertainment industry in transactional matters, including film and television library and rights acquisitions, music catalog acquisitions, chain-of-title diligence, and she has served as production counsel on various film and television projects. Her recent experience includes representing Village Roadshow in connection with Alcon’s acquisition of Village Roadshow Entertainment Group’s film library; representing Domain Capital Advisors in connection with its acquisition of Miranda Lambert’s music catalog and representing Sony’s in its acquisition of 32 Flavors, which produced franchises such as Real Housewives and Vanderpump.
