Taylor M. Owings is a Partner in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she represents clients in civil merger and non-merger antitrust matters before federal and state agencies and in private litigation, with a particular focus on technology-driven industries. Prior to joining the firm, she served in the front office of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division from 2018 to 2021, rising to chief of staff, where she was a key advisor on antitrust issues involving market-leading online platforms and was the recipient of both the Assistant Attorney General’s Award and the Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service. A widely recognized practitioner, Taylor was named to Bloomberg Law’s 2025 “40 Under 40,” honored as a 2025 “Rising Star” by the New York Legal Awards, and recognized in the New York Antitrust category in the 2025 edition of Chambers USA.
