Trevor Damyan is the President and Founder of Commercial Lending Solutions, which he launched in 2022 to provide nationwide commercial real estate debt and equity financing. Under his leadership, the firm has arranged approximately $1 billion in transactions, including bridge, construction, SBA 504, CMBS, and life insurance company loans, drawing on relationships with more than 1,000 institutional and private lenders. He also serves as a testifying and consulting expert witness in commercial real estate financing disputes.
