Tyler Meade is a mediator with Signature Resolution, handling high-stakes commercial disputes from the firm's New York and San Francisco offices. His practice spans financial services, founder and shareholder disputes, securities litigation, class and mass actions, and cases involving crypto and other emerging technologies. He brings more than three decades of relevant experience. He began his career as a prosecutor in California, then founded a civil litigation boutique. Over the next two decades, he built a nationwide commercial litigation practice, representing plaintiffs and defendants in equal measure. Most recently, he served as Chief Legal Officer of Gemini, the crypto exchange and prediction market.
