Uzzi Raanan is a partner at Greenberg Glusker with extensive experience representing creditors, debtors, Chapter 11 creditor committees, court-appointed receivers, and bankruptcy trustees. His litigation practice includes fraudulent transfer and preferential transfer avoidance actions, nondischargeability, discharge, asset sales, claims disputes, and bankruptcy appeals. He was honored as Bankruptcy Lawyer of the Year by the Century City Bar Association in 2019 and is a regular contributor to Westlaw’s Commercial Finance Newsletter.
