Devin Tucker is the Program Director at the Mediation Center of Los Angeles (MCLA) and Founder of Intentional Resolution, LLC. With over six years of experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), she is a certified mediator, facilitator, and administrator who has worked on high-profile and complex cases in both the public and private sectors. Devin holds a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of International Relations from USC. She is committed to promoting peaceful conflict resolution, educating the community, and advancing the ADR field. At MCLA, she manages the provision of affordable mediation services and has secured a pioneering partnership with the Los Angeles Superior Court. At ARC, she leads DEI initiatives and trains mediators on best practices and ethical standards. Through Intentional Resolution, she provides online dispute resolution and practice development services. Fluent in Spanish, Devin also maintains a website where she shares her insights and expertise on ADR.
