DVRO Cross Over Issues Between Family Law and Criminal Law
About the Program

Your client was arrested over the weekend for domestic violence and is now kicked out of the house, not having any custody with the kids, and is facing criminal charges — what do you advise? In this program, panelists will consider the competing interests of criminal and family law when defending Domestic Violence Restraining Orders.

Moderated by family law and criminal law attorneys and presented by bench officers with experience in both criminal and family law, this Webinar will educate you on how to best defend your client from arrest through trial.
