Enforcement and Modification of Support Orders

Marshall William Waller is certified as a Family Law Specialist through the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. He is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.

Mr. Waller is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Southern California chapter. He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Members of these organizations are recognized leaders in the field of matrimonial law. Mr. Waller is also a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a global legal honorary society limited to one percent of layers licensed in the United States. Selection as a Fellow is recognition of a lawyer whose career has demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of society.

Judge Gordon served on the Los Angeles Superior Court for 17 years and spent nine years in leadership positions as the Assistant Supervising and Supervising Judge of the Family Law and Criminal Divisions. He was appointed by the Chief Justice of California as a voting member on the Judicial Council of California, the policy-making body for the Judicial Branch. 
 
During his tenure in the Family Law Division, he handled thousands of cases, many of which were complex, high-profile business, sports and entertainment cases. He presided over trials and settled cases involving the most complex property, business, and child custody issues. 

Jinna Kang is licensed to practice law in California, D.C., and Texas, and is a California Certified Family Law Specialist, having dedicated the last 11 years of her practice to family law matters. Jinna Kang is one of only two board certified Family Law Specialists in California with Korean language fluency. She is also the first (and at present, the only) Korean speaking fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Ms. Kang truly cares about her clients, and cares about their quality of life not only during but also after their cases. She will not litigate for the sake of litigating, but rather will listen to each client’s needs and determine the most efficient and effective course of action, whether that be litigation, formal mediation, or out-of-court settlement.
