Family law practitioners are frequently called upon to analyze and present complex financial data. This program, presented by two skilled forensic accountants, JB Rizzo and Avi Reichman of Frankel Reichman & Rizzo LLP, is designed to provide practitioners of all levels with the skills and confidence they need to argue complex financial issues by teaching practitioners what documents to request and why they are important, how to read and interpret financial documents, and proper data and inputs when preparing support calculations.
Abraham (Avi) Reichman was a founding partner of Frankel & Reichman LLP in 2011, was the managing partner of Frankel Reichman & Rizzo LLP from 2017-2022, and is the president of Reichman & Associates, P.C. since 2023. Avi has won numerous awards for his work, including recognition from the AICPA for exemplary achievements in Forensic and Valuation Services. He has represented clients in both Northern and Southern California.
JB Rizzo, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA is a partner with Frankel Reichman & Rizzo LLP, a boutique forensic accounting firm formed in 2017 specializing in business valuations, family law litigation & mediation support, and general civil litigation support. JB has been a forensic CPA since 1998, focusing on family law analyses, business valuations, and accounting or economic damage issues in litigation support matters. JB authored published articles and a book chapter on financial topics relating to California family law. JB has served as the court’s neutral expert (California §730 Expert). He has testified in Los Angeles and Ventura County Superior Courts, and in depositions for federal matters. He taught continuing professional education classes and a federal tax graduate class at his alma mater, UNLV.
