Mike Balmages is a mediator, arbitrator, and discovery referee with ADR Services, Inc. He has over 50 years of experience as an AV-rated attorney specializing in business, employment, and real estate litigation. He served as General Counsel for the Ocean Pacific surfwear brand and has mediated over 600 cases. Additionally, he has presided at more than 1,000 Mandatory Settlement Conferences in the Orange County Superior Court. Mike is also a former chair of the OCBA ADR section and has been the lead astronomer at the Nature Reserve in Rancho Mission Viejo for over 25 years. He and his wife, Mary, live in North Tustin, and they have eight grandchildren. Mike is also an expert on Moreton Bay Fig trees.

Throughout her seventeen-year legal career, she practiced commercial, employment, and civil litigation.
