Mayra Fornos is a professional Mediator with ADR Services Inc. and is a legal educator and strategist with over thirty years of experience as a distinguished trial attorney and litigator. She has extensive experience in working closely with plaintiff and defense counsel to facilitate optimal outcomes for all stakeholders over a broad range of legal disputes for individuals as well as Fortune 500 companies. Her experience in the courtroom has equipped her with a deep understanding of the trial process and of jury behavior…experience which has served her well in effectively assessing the risks of going to trial and case valuation considerations for the benefit of both the plaintiff and defense in reaching a resolution in their cases, both pre and post litigation.

Ms. Fornos serves on mediation panels for the U.S. District Court, Central District and for the Los Angeles Superior Court. In addition, she serves as a Settlement Officer for LASC’s Mandatory Settlement Conference (MSC) Program – Resolve Law L.A. Most recently, Ms. Fornos was selected to serve as a member of the City of Los Angeles’s Equity Review Panel to avail the City of Los Angeles of her extensive experience advising and consulting on disputes.
