Lisa is a trial attorney and mediator with over fifteen years of experience in dispute resolution. She holds a Master of Laws in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various matters. Lisa received her mediator training and accreditation in Europe and the United States. Since 2021, she has successfully mediated both commercial and non-commercial litigated matters as an ad hoc mediator. Additionally, she serves as a guest lecturer and instructor on dispute resolution and conflict competence.
Robert M. Cohen is a dedicated, creative, and practical mediator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trust. His settlement rate is outstanding. As a former partner at Cohen Stimpert & Ford, he has over 40 years of experience handling a wide range of litigation cases, including personal injury, elder abuse claims, HOA disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, business and partnership conflicts, and commercial collection matters. Cohen has participated in over 100 bench, arbitration, and jury trials and has been involved in more than 1000 disputes. Since the 1990s, he has mediated hundreds of cases, gaining a reputation for resolving highly contentious, personality-driven conflicts.
