Driven by a passion for helping “the underdog,” Malosack began representing injured victims and their families immediately upon her admission to the California Bar and has done so throughout her career. Having earned a reputation for her fierce advocacy, Malosack is often entrusted with personal injury and wrongful death cases previously considered unwinnable by other attorneys. Her unwavering dedication to justice and her clients has earned her recognition as a 2020 Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Rising Star Nominee.
Prior to founding the Law Office of Malosack Berjis, and then co-founding BERJIS I MYERS, PLC, Malosack had the privilege of working as a law clerk, for over eight years, at the largest trial court in the U.S., gaining extensive and invaluable knowledge in civil litigation. She also externed for a Los Angeles Superior Court Civil Judge and at the Office of the Los Angeles County Public Defender, and interned for a Los Angeles Superior Court Criminal Supervising Judge. Thanks to her many years of experience within the court system, Malosack brings unparalleled insight to each of her clients’ cases and understands exactly what it takes to get the job done and achieve successful results.
In addition to being admitted to the State Bar of California, Malosack is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
