Malosack Berjis

Berjis | Myers, PLC
About/Bio

Malosack Berjis was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. As the daughter of parents who immigrated to the United States to escape religious persecution, Malosack has a unique understanding of the struggles immigrants can face in the legal system.

Before practicing law, Malosack worked over eight years as a law clerk at the largest trial court in the U.S., gaining invaluable knowledge in civil litigation, especially personal injury and wrongful death. She also externed for Judge Alexander Williams, III, and at the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office, and interned for Judge Peter P. Espinoza.

Driven by a passion for helping “the underdog,” Malosack began practicing personal injury law right after being admitted to the California Bar, representing injured victims and their families daily. She has earned a reputation for her fierce advocacy, often taking on cases previously deemed lost by other attorneys. This dedication has led to her recognition as a 2020 Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Rising Star Nominee and a 2020 Super Lawyers
