Audrey Paquet is counsel in the Litigation Department and a member of the Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group at Paul, Weis, and advises on all aspects of privacy and data protection. Audrey advises clients on regulatory investigations, litigation and contentious matters related to privacy and consumer protection. She also advises multinationals in connection with the privacy and security components of acquisitions and other M&A transactions. Audrey has extensive experience, in both private practice and in-house, with enterprise-level and consumer-facing obligations, and has represented clients across numerous industries, including technology, media, advertising, pharmaceutical, financial services and manufacturing.

Benjamin Schaerer serves as in-house legal counsel within IBM’s legal department. He held different roles with IBM in Europe and is now based at IBM’s headquarters in New York. His current practice is dedicated to regulatory compliance, with a particular emphasis on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI in complex transactions. Ben’s broad transactional experience, acquired both in private practice and in-house, also includes the privacy and security components of acquisitions and other M&A transactions. Ben is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and holds various IAPP certifications.

Jonathan Sue is an experienced litigator assisting clients with civil litigation matters with an emphasis in consumer warranty laws such as lemon law. He works exclusively for plaintiffs and has created a reputation for zealously advocating for consumers in court representation, written advocacy, and negotiation. With a background in transactional work, he takes a broad view of litigation cases with a client-first approach.
