Benjamin Schaerer serves as in-house legal counsel within IBM’s legal department. He held different roles with IBM in Europe and is now based at IBM’s headquarters in New York. His current practice is dedicated to regulatory compliance, with a particular emphasis on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI in complex transactions. Ben’s broad transactional experience, acquired both in private practice and in-house, also includes the privacy and security components of acquisitions and other M&A transactions.
