About the Program

With the November 2024 Presidential election quickly approaching, private employers and employees should be mindful of the workplace protections and limitations regarding speech in the workplace, both online and off. This program is designed for attorneys looking to understand the key concerns and best practices regarding political speech and social media use in the workplace. In this program, our panelist will:
