Judge Einhorn, who was on the court for more than 16 years and was the principal author of the asylum statute, has served as an expert witness and consultant on immigration and nationality matters in addition to being the Executive Director and CEO of The Asylum Project. He has also been a Professor of Law and the Director of the Asylum and Refugee Law Clinic at Pepperdine University Law School.
