Certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization in legal malpractice, Jennifer counsels clients on errors and omissions claims, technology and data privacy disputes, media and contract conflicts, and represents attorneys in State Bar investigations and disciplinary proceedings. Her practice also includes pre-claim evaluations, litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration, and strategic guidance on risk management and professional responsibility.
Jennifer has extensive experience handling matters involving family law-related claims and has successfully litigated anti-SLAPP motions arising from dissolution proceedings.
