For the second year in a row, attorneys and legal professionals across California have voted the Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA) first place in both the “Best Continuing Legal Education Provider” and “Best Online CLE Provider” categories in The Recorder‘s 2026 Best Of awards. When BHBA entered the survey for the first time last year, it won both awards. This year, voters made it clear BHBA is still the best.
“We are very grateful to everyone who took a moment to vote for us,” said BHBA President Anthony D. Storm. “When we were first nominated last year, we were excited just to be recognized. To win again in both categories reflects the dedication of our volunteer Section leaders and our speakers. They show up, they deliver, and attorneys are noticing. These awards belong to them.”
With the tagline “CLEs You Actually Want to Watch,” BHBA delivers on that promise with engaging, accessible programming across more than 1,200 multi-state accredited CLEs spanning 45 practice areas. Programs are available as live webinars, for OnDemand streaming, and as podcasts on your favorite podcast platform, allowing attorneys to watch or listen anytime, anywhere. Last year alone, BHBA’s programs drew more than 210,000 registrations across all 50 states.
BHBA members receive free access to live CLE webinars. OnDemand access varies with membership level. Through partnerships, the OnDemand library is also available to all Lawyers’ Mutual Insurance Company insureds and members of 15 county bar associations across California.
BHBA+ for All gives public interest attorneys, government lawyers, and attorneys earning $75,000 or less annually free membership, including unlimited access to live and OnDemand CLEs and 25/40-Hour Mediation Training. Law students and lawyers in their first three years of practice receive complimentary membership, including free CLE access, courtesy of Lawyers’ Mutual Insurance Company. “Winning these awards is meaningful, but what we’re most proud of is how broadly we can share the great educational content our members produce,” Storm said.
BHBA is in its tenth decade serving lawyers who live or work in and around Los Angeles County, as well as throughout Southern California and the world. BHBA serves its members while leading the profession, supporting and advocating for legislation and legal decisions, supporting equal rights, and championing the independence of the judiciary. The BHBA also advocates for justice by offering continuing legal education, networking events, marketing services, publications, leadership and professional growth opportunities, pro bono programs, and legislative advocacy activities. BHBA reaches over 70,000 legal professionals across California. Find out more at bhba.org.
