Ms. Beall graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Ms. Beall then earned her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law – where she earned and maintained an academic merit scholarship throughout her law school career.
