Amy Jane Longo is the Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office of Ropes & Gray LLP, where she is a partner in the firm's litigation & enforcement practice group, focusing on SEC enforcement matters and securities class action defense. She previously served as Regional Trial Counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Los Angeles Regional Office, where she oversaw all of the office's litigation and won some of the SEC's first binary options and cryptocurrency fraud cases. With more than 30 years of securities litigation experience, she now advises clients on enforcement issues involving artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency, and other emerging technologies.
