Andrew Grossman serves as Chief Tax Counsel for the House Committee on Ways and Means, a role he has held since January 2019. With over a decade of experience in tax law, he previously spent more than seven years as Legislation Counsel at the Joint Committee on Taxation, where he specialized in developing tax policy. Grossman began his career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as an Associate, gaining significant expertise in tax-related legal matters within the Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
