Ashlee Difuntorum is an attorney at Kinsella Holley Iser Kump Steinsapir LLP (KHIKS), the preeminent litigation boutique for entertainment, media, music, and IP matters. She handles a wide range of entertainment litigation, including regarding breach of contract, copyright and trademark infringement, and employment claims. Ashlee also leads workplace investigations for companies in response to employee complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She has also served as outside pro bono counsel to GLAAD, a national organization with a mission to garner full acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community through accurate media representation.
