Conor Tucker is an experienced litigator who has represented clients at every level of the federal court system — including serving as Counsel of Record before the United States Supreme Court. He has guided cases from the earliest stages of investigation through trial and appeal, and has argued key motions and appeals in both state and federal courts. Conor’s advocacy — in briefing and at argument— has led to published, precedent-setting decisions, including on issues of first impression. In the California Court of Appeal alone, this includes litigating issues of first impression regarding the impact of COIVD-19 on force majeure clauses in live music performance contracts and state regulation of video streaming services.
