Duncan Levin is the Managing Partner of Levin & Associates, PLLC, a former federal prosecutor and former Chief of Asset Forfeiture at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where he oversaw landmark financial enforcement matters including the $1.9 billion HSBC OFAC sanctions forfeiture. He represents individuals, executives, and companies in white-collar criminal defense, fraud and regulatory investigations, sanctions and asset forfeiture litigation, and complex high-stakes matters where investigative, reputational, and commercial pressures intersect.
