John Metzidis is an appellate lawyer with a broad practice covering civil matters. John spent the first 15 years of his career litigating matters mostly at the trial level, first at a large international law firm and then at a trial litigation boutique. He knows and has lived the challenges that trial lawyers face.
Working now as an appellate lawyer, John is served well by his extensive law and motion experience, his sharp research and writing skills, and his strategic and analytical mind. John remains a generalist capable of handling all sorts of civil matters; but he also has particular experience in the fields of intellectual property, entertainment, real estate, healthcare, and partnership/shareholder disputes. John also has extensive experience with the myriad civil procedure and discovery issues that arise in state and federal court.
