Post-Judgment Motions: Appellate Lawyers’ Perspectives
About the Program

Our panelists will provide guidance on deciding whether to pursue post-judgment motions, and explain how to avoid procedural pitfalls that can doom those motions. They will also give practical tips for a successful motion or opposition, and on using post-judgment motions to cure gaps in your trial record. Their focus will be California state court practice, but they will also discuss notable differences in federal practice.
