Judge Jana Seng was appointed to the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2018 by Governor Jerry
Brown and became the first Cambodian American judge appointed to the bench in the state of
California. Judge Seng is currently the Assistant Supervising Judge of Criminal Division, Traffic
for the Los Angeles Superior Court, and the site judge of the Metropolitan Courthouse.
