Lita Abella is the founder of Lita Abella Coaching, Consulting, and Mediation Services, specializing in coaching and strategic consulting for legal and high-stress professionals. She brings over a decade of experience at the State Bar of California, including work in the Office of Chief Trial Counsel investigating and prosecuting attorney misconduct, and serves as a volunteer mediator with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office Dispute Resolution Program.
