Noah Downs is a Partner at Premack Rogers P.C., where he focuses his practice on intellectual property, entertainment, and video game law, helping startups and small businesses grow toward their potential. A recognized voice in the video game industry, he has shared his legal perspective on numerous industry panels and also serves as General Counsel for Pretzel Tech and Chief Operating Officer for Seventy-Eight Strange. He earned his Doctor of Law from the University of Richmond School of Law, with a focus in Intellectual Property, Internet, and Entertainment Law.
