Rachel Green is a Senior Associate at Katz Banks Kumin, where they represent employees in workplace discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower matters, as well as executives navigating compensation and severance negotiations. Rachel has litigated in federal and state court and before the EEOC and OSHA.
Rachel clerked for the Honorable David F. Hamilton of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. They serve on the board of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association and on its DC Legislative Committee.
