I provide proactive and preventive legal guidance for individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and boards in a range of matters and industries. With 25 years of experience in the legal field, I have successfully negotiated and resolved over 2,500 matters, many before a lawsuit was filed.
I graduated from Loyola Law School and Berkeley Law’s General Counsel Institute, where I honed my skills in technology, corporate governance, and strategic leadership. I remain an avid student of the law, participating in over 150 hours of continuing legal education in 2022.

Litigation avoidance and early dispute resolution are vital aspects of my practice and I frequently speak and write about these important topics. I most recently authored Maximizing Mediation: Roadmap for Successful Advocacy in the September 2023 issue of Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and I currently serve as Secretary/Treasurer for the Orange County Bar Association’s (OCBA) Alternative Dispute Resolution section.
An active member of my local community, I am an Arbitrator for the Fee Arbitration Committee for the OCBA, a volunteer for the Constitutional Rights Foundation, OC, and I serve on the Board of Directors for WISEPlace and Mariposa Center. I am also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
I am admitted to practice law in California and its federal courts.
