Beth W. Mora of Mora Employment Law is a passionate and accomplished advocate for employees facing a wide range of employment law issues. Beth’s current volunteer activities include serving as Secretary of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the California Lawyers Association (CLA), member of the CLA Government Affairs Committee, Co-Lead of Legal Aid at Work Workers’ Rights Clinic in Contra Costa County, and member of the California Employment Lawyers Association’s Legislative Committee. Beth is a sought-after speaker, has published numerous articles, and has been quoted in legal journals on issues impacting employees and the legal community. Due to her advocacy and volunteerism, Beth has received numerous accolades, including CELA’s Joe Posner Award, the Justice James J. Marchiano Distinguished Service Award, Best Lawyers in America, and recognition as one of the Top 50 Women and Top 100 Attorneys in Northern California Super Lawyers.
