Clara in a partner in the corporate governance practice at Linklaters in New York. She has experience advising on cross-border and domestic transactions, including auctions, mergers, equity and asset sales, as well as on general corporate governance and securities matters. Her domestic and international practice spans a number of sectors, including financial services, energy and industrials & manufacturing. Clara holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She also holds a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Kate is an attorney and Senior Legal Analyst at Bloomberg Law, responsible for corporate governance legal analysis on the platform. Her background is in compliance and securities law. Prior to her current role, she served as in-house counsel for a medical research firm. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Kate worked as a solo practitioner and business consultant, providing legal counsel to small businesses.
