Exploring Aviation Law
About the Program

Like geological plate tectonics, legal fault lines honeycomb Aviation law. Tension exists between state, federal, and international law. The presentation will twist a fact or two from the hilarious movie Airplane to explore how the tension is manifested by the poorly understood Complete Preemption Removal Doctrine.
