About the Program

Cyber scams targeting attorneys are increasing and some attorneys have found themselves the victim of fraud involving client trust accounts. Join Heather Rosing and Anne Rudolph for a dynamic discussion designed to assist attorneys with recognizing cyber scams, protecting themselves and their client trust accounts from fraud, and an overview of the applicable ethics rules. The presentation will also include discussion about the State Bar’s recently implemented Client Trust Account Protection Program and new Rule of Professional Conduct 8.3.
