About the Program

It is unquestioned that the practice of law has been historically male. Despite great strides in the last half century, bar demographics continue to reflect a male majority, and the judiciary even more so. What impact does this have on female litigants and attorneys? What trends and issues should both attorneys and judges be aware of?

Denise Peterson will help you examine the most current trends and provide tools and recommendations for reducing gendered bias.
