The discussion will include various issues that arise and how they can be cured. The presenters are a Probate and Trust Attorney and a Title Officer, both who have worked in the field for many years.

As President Los Angeles County Manager, Bill Thomas has been in the Title Industry since 1987. Bill is also the Advisory Title Officer of California Title’s three branches. He is currently an active member of the CLTA Forms and Practices Committee. His experience includes residential resale, commercial, and probate/trust work. Bill works with five different underwriters and will thoroughly explore all avenues available to him to assure the title unit will have timely and accurate closings. His willingness to see things through and to be sure clients’ needs are met sets him apart from the competition.
