Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye (Ret.) joined ADR Services, Inc. in 2023 after a distinguished career as the 28th Chief Justice of California. A native of Sacramento, she earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law and began her legal career as a Deputy District Attorney. With 32 years of service on California’s appellate and trial courts, she was appointed by three governors, starting with her role on the Sacramento Municipal Court in 1990. Throughout her tenure, Chief Justice Cantil-Sakauye emphasized transparency and civic learning, leading initiatives to inform Californians about the judiciary.
Anthony Storm is a founding partner at Storm Palyan LLP, where his practice centers on resolving complex family law matters through mediation, arbitration, and collaborative approaches. A trained mediator and arbitrator, Tony brings a settlement-focused mindset to even the most contentious custody disputes, helping families reach lasting resolutions outside of court.
