Anthony D. Storm is a neutral at Signature Resolution, serving as current President of the Beverly Hills Bar Association with a decades-long career handling some of California's most consequential family law cases. He spent years litigating complex dissolution, custody, and property matters at Harris Ginsberg and Walzer Melcher before co-founding his own firm, Storm Palyan LLP, focused exclusively on high-asset dissolution, spousal and child support, and property division.
His career began at the United States Attorney's Office, where his work on federal criminal matters earned recognition from both the U.S. Attorney and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office — a foundation that shaped his litigation fluency and deep understanding of how judges think and where risk lies.
