About the Program

Podcasting has experienced a tumultuous year. As the industry recovers from widespread layoffs, studio consolidations, and cancelled deals, how can the industry become more equitable and sustainable? Sue-Anne Morrow, National Director of Contract Strategic Initiatives & Podcasts at SAG-AFTRA, shares how protecting the rights of creators is vital to podcasting’s future.

Join the Beverly Hills Bar Association for a ‘fireside chat’ that will cover SAG-AFTRA’s recent Independent and Micro Pod Agreements, the fine line between video and audio in new media, and what the podcast industry can learn from last year’s labor movement across other areas of entertainment.
