About the Program

The gender gap in law firm leadership persists even though graduating classes at top law schools have been evenly split between women and men for 20+ years. It’s not that law firms aren’t trying. So what’s missing? Katherine believes it’s the gap between those facing gender-based challenges and those with the power to enact change.
