Dr. Mark Farbman has a Ph.D. in the field of Textiles Technology and Management from North Carolina State University’s Wilson College of Textiles. His dissertation entitled Inventing The Unified Publicity Rights (2023) is an authoritative research publication about the Modern Right of Publicity. In addition, Dr. Farbman has a J.D. from Tulane Law School and has been practicing civil litigation for nearly 30 years at the Law Office of Mark Farbman in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Farbman is currently establishing himself as a consultant and expert witness in Right of Publicity Law by giving lectures regarding Right of Publicity NIL (name, image and likeness).
