About the Program

Colin is a lawyer and Principal Legal Analyst on Bloomberg Law’s corporate transactions team, specializing in emerging technology in corporate transactions and artificial intelligence governance. He has over a decade of legal experience, including structured finance deal work at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., and serving as in-house counsel for a bureau within the U.S. Department of the Treasury. More recently, Colin worked as an attorney with the SEC, focusing on securities laws and compliance mandates affecting private and smaller reporting companies.
