This CLE program will utilize pop culture references using clips from the 2026 Oscar-nominated films, including Sinners and Bugonia, paired with real life rundowns of what can happen when incivility affects a courtroom. It analyzes the cinematic moments and provides judicial insights on civility.
Attorneys will learn practical skills to turn a potentially flammable situation around and reduce conflict. This program will review common “infection points” like chain emails, social media, discovery disputes, and dangerous deposition room dynamics.
